Meet Wanda Shelton
Wanda Shelton is a Registered Nurse and has been in practice for over 30 years in various fields including Hospice and Home Care. She has been involved with drug education in the public schools in conjunction with running drug dogs for inspection. She currently works with a team who ministers to women in the faith based dorms in women’s prison units. Wanda currently serves on the Bridges to Life team, ministering to victims and offenders in an effort to show them the transforming power of God’s love and forgiveness.
Wanda is a passionate speaker at women’s conferences and served for five years on the “GLITTER” women’s conference team at Coryell Community Church in Gatesville, Texas. She also speaks regularly at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and she frequently speaks for Victim Impact Panels, sharing her testimony as a victim of violent crime. Wanda has a heart for women, sharing her love of Jesus and the hope that He brings in all situations.
Wanda is married 14 years to Lynn and has a son, Jacob, a daughter, Aubrey, a wonderful son-in-law, John, and 4 wonderful grandchildren, Cross, Caleb, Cobey and Anastasia.
